IAN INK grants to you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"):

EXCLUSTIVITY: An ALASKAN BUSH TOWN cartoon may be used in ONE ISSUE of the newspaper that the Customer represents. Online usage of the image is acceptable as long as it resides within the newspaper's domain name, and the image must link to www.ianink.com that opens in its own browser's window. Any other use requires written consent from the author, Ian Colvert.

COPYRIGHT: IAN INK retains full copyright of all ALASKAN BUSH TOWN cartoons (and any other cartoons, images, and content on ianink.com). Any use of any content not purchased will be in violation of United States Copyright law.
